The Client is the auditors group, and even in their deaths the force majeure seems to have kept things overall running. Whoever the Provider of the airport is, I would be interested to give them a piece of my mind and my blade, considering they agreed upon the purposes given.
But the good news is the substitutions portion, I think. While the trip to Australia is stated to be final, if the others are able to finish the training and whatnot that 'twas mentioned by Carl and listed on the kiosk... 'twould not be so final after all.
Perhaps if we DID send the horse to Australia instead, 'twould be against its advertised condition, yes?
If we have Jonas do something do you think that counts as a work of god also I just think we should have a backup plan for breaking the whole contract entirely
What. No. I do not disagree, but a murderous ghost horse is certainly not in the information for Australia. So 'tis at least one thing that we might try out of the many that I'm sure we will have to attempt.
The horse does need to go, yes, though we ought not think of it as a problem at the moment. Remember, we're sort of on the same side, here - though we're supposed to 'humble it in competition', too. Offering it the prize trip, since it's non-negotiable, may be enough to stop it but we still have to win.
Perhaps allow it to be neck-and-neck, before soundly beating it. But in a show of good faith, we extend it a chance to go on the all-expenses paid trip as a second place prize, as we would rather take a different prize?
That worries me some - only because we don't know how many of them there actually were. We had five, in that room. There was also the executive's office, which had those bloodied prints, but no corpse. Any representative from this group could appear at any time.
Corruption does make me wonder if the executive survived somehow... I suppose we'll find out.
Apocalyptic for the client, but not for the provider, maybe. If the horse apocalypse doesn't impact their original requirements - which were just to give over the airport for the time being - then it may not entirely break their end of the deal. They fulfilled their end of the bargain, as it stands, with only one thing remaining, the provided resources for the prize.
[ I THINK
IM NOT AS SMART AS STROHL ]
Though, honestly, I don't think that was anything short of the "provider" being perfectly aware of what kind of place this was.
Considering the disclaimer on the bottom of that land information, about the plagues, droughts, and horse hauntings, I am full certain that the Provider knew exactly what they had on their hands.

Scaramouche wants to be one surely that counts
Also
The horse can be Australia's problem

But Scaramouche should NOT be a god.
Yes I think so too.

Something of that sort.

We'll have to work with the other side with their licenses on that one, though, since there's no second-place prize listed.
They may not allow that, so we just may need to add a companion pass clause or something. One extra ticket, one-way, for equine travel.

Far as I know.
Either way; we know the "provider" has little interest in being held responsible for anything, so I think we can work with it.
