I cannot give Strohl too much grief for this, frankly. [ she'll defend him on the duty thing. even if she's pretty sure he would be able to marry for love if it came down to it. ] 'Twould be unfair to the other person for me to pursue any relationship, whether here or at home, because of my own duty. His Highness would always come first.

Tama did ask what would happen if someone came along who understood, or shared the pledge with me, but... [ is anybody ever going to be as much of a freak about will as her and strohl. unlikely.

anyways she shakes her head at that. clearly she has remembered that vi is a girl? hulkenberg's also a girl. what makes vi any less of a girl. you two are just wired to being bash brothers ass siblings.

[ well

she thinks that's stupid, actually! her emotions indicate this even, there's just like a grumble of annoyance at this. ]

You guys should ask your prince if he wants that for the two of you before you go too crazy.

[ vi has never met him, but she feels like just based on what she's heard, she cannot imagine that he'd want them to never be in love because of him...

it's true though it's really just because the sibling coding got so overpowering. sometimes you don't think of your sister as a girl even though she is. ]

[ kicks strohl. she let him slide for the junah comment, but no longer. ]

I saw your brain completely cease to function when Lady Iris pulled you down, I will not be hearing it from you!

[ anyways. she does pull a face at vi's point, before reluctantly agreeing with her mouth close to the lip of her bottle: ] His Highness would not allow us to do something that would make us unhappy, 'tis true. I think he would baulk at the idea of Strohl entering a loveless marriage, and we both know it.

[ she does not include herself in this, because she managed to escape any arranged marriage expectations using put upon a younger daughter by becoming a knight. and also never speaking to her family again. it's fine. ]
