I don't mind it, yeah. Feels good to create something with your own hands, and it's something we did on the gauntlet runner, at home. [ and then, more grumbly: ] Only one other person knew how to cook in a way that was normal, too.
Efficiency - are you mad? You need vitamins, and nutrients, so you eat a normal meal, then you don't have to graze randomly all day on garbage. Protein gives you energy - you eat a big meal, and then you're set to go for a while, that's how that works.
