That's what Iris said, too. It's just normal, a themed eating establishment. But one person went into join her, and then another, and then another. And then, before I knew it, everyone was getting drawn in by the wiles not of Iris' very compelling personality, but the actual cage.

She sent me a message about how the cage was great and she could leave whenever she wanted. Then another message that was like "actually, shocker, I couldn't leave." [ this is paraphrasing, but. ]
Yes. She kept luring other people into it on accident. [ And that was without any charm spell, I think that was just her. ]
...Caiman and I ended up collaborating to get them out of there in the stupidest way possible. [ dead inside ] It's almost impressive how many people here would jump off a cliff if they saw half the others doing it.

...well, he loudly decided to proclaim that we were married, and started making a lot of noise about it - words I did not know were going to come out of his mouth when I looked to him for aid.

anyway: ] It was a choice - a strategic one. After last weekend, we all had the ability to return here, if we chose, but there's still quite a bit to do. So, we chose a few people to volunteer to go ahead and bring across whatever information we could while the others stayed behind.
All we did was use the tickets we had to return early. I imagine the others will coordinate a group trip once their tasks are complete through the end of the week and join us in short order then.
More or less. Things over there are... I don't know. I'm sure some of them are enjoying their time with cages and corn. [ could not be him ] But, they also may have just chosen to stay behind because they'd rather complete the task their side needs to do. I wouldn't have minded doing that either, but if there's a place I can be helpful, it's likely here.
